2022 Aitheras
Greek for pure air, this blend of 83% Vidal Blanc, 9% Chardonnay and 8% Petit Manseng embodies its name. Bright tangerine and lemon peel greet you on the nose while white flowers, pear and tangerine round out the palate.
2021 Rusticity
Our 2021 Rusticity is a blend of 44% Petit Verdot, 31% Cabernet Franc and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon.
2021 Duet
The 2021 Duet is a blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon that received 5% new French oak. This wine opens with beautiful aromas of cranberry, pomegranate, and forest floor leading into flavors of bright red fruit and cedar.
2021 Reserve Chardonnay
This wine has complexity that comes from the New World winemaking style. It was partially fermented in new French oak, as well as second-, third- and fourth-fill French oak. Seventy percent of the wine underwent malo lactic fermentation. One whiff of the bouquet brings aromas of banana, a hint of cinnamon stick and green apple that also spill onto the palate.
2022 Petit Manseng
This bright, refreshing and off-dry wine has notes of pear and honeydew melon on the nose. On the palate, racy acidity accentuates the flavors of lemon peel, pineapple, and a mango note before leading to a clean, crisp finish.
