2021 Aitheras
Aitheras is the Greek word for pure air, which Aristotle described as the "fifth element of air in continuous, circular motion.” Similarly, we strive for constantly changing, evolving, and improving. This blend of 40% Chardonnay, 40% Vidal Blanc and 20% Petit Manseng is medium bodied. Perfumy white flowers, lychee, and citrus on the nose while ripe pear, lemon peel, and orange blossom enlighten the palate leaving a clean finish.
2021 Petit Manseng
This bright, refreshing wine has notes of pear and honeydew melon on the nose. On the palate, racy acidity accentuates the flavors of lemon peel, pineapple, and a melon note before leading to a clean, crisp finish.
2020 Rusticity
The 2020 Rusticity is a beautiful blend of 38% Cabernet Franc, 33% Petit Verdot, and 29% of Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep notes of plum, bramble, earth, black pepper, and cocoa set the tone for a luscious, full-bodied red blend, leading to an integrated, lingering finish.
2020 Duet
The 2020 Duet is a blend 73% Cabernet Sauvignon and 27% Merlot that received 10% new French oak. This wine opens with beautiful aromas of cranberry, pomegranate, and forest floor leading into flavors of bright red fruit and cedar.
