2016 WILLIAMS GAP
A single vineyard blend of 50% Cabernet Franc, 27% Merlot, and 23% Petit Verdot. Aged in 45% new French oak, the fruit is unmistakable, aromas of tobacco and pencil shavings together with toasty oak dominate. For those who enjoy pairing wine with vegetarian dishes, we love pairing Williams Gap with portabella and spinach lasagna. However, if your palate is craving something heartier, pair this wine with a Montreal Peppered New York Strip.

2018 PETIT MANSENG
This grape is famous in southwestern France for being the only wine used to baptize a royal child. However, in 21st Century Northern Virginia, we just drink it. Our Petit Manseng is typically described as tropical in nature with full flavor and an extreme balance of fruit and acidity. If you like a little kick to your cuisine, pair this beautiful wine with green curry chicken or try with raw oysters for a completely different pairing.

2019 SAUVIGNON BLANC
This light-body Sauvignon Blanc has a wonderful nose that meets you with aromas of lemon, white grapefruit, gooseberry and soft lemon grass – with a hint of ginger. Nicely acidic, dry and crisply refreshing on the palate with subtle undertones of dill. The perfect summer wine that would be wonderful to pair with goat cheese, oysters or a Greek pasta salad.
