This 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blanc, Xavier, is a pristine example of craftsmanship. Produced in the traditional Methode Champenoise and allowed to mature on the lees for 17 months, this wine reached its peak with a careful disgorgement in May 2023. Defined by its Extra Brut character and a refined dosage, Xavier is a testament to our love of winemaking.
